Franklin Homes was originally founded as the “Mobile Home Ranch” in 1949. The Blank family purchased the company in 1986, and renamed it “Franklin Homes”—the company has been family owned and operated ever since. The owners and management are heavily involved in state and national associations as well as local charitable organizations.
We offer both modular and manufactured homes, with a variety of floor plans to choose from. Our home design specialists can either help you design a home or help you find an existing home that you’ll appreciate for years to come, at a price you can afford. We’ll help you place your home on private property or in a land-lease community of your choice. Our sister company, Franklin Communities, offers residents many wonderful amenities, and is known for providing an outstanding quality of life, with eight communities in Michigan.
