FHA Title 1 Financing
Rates as low as 9%
All brands of new and used (1974 or newer) manufactured homes built to HUD standards with a minimum of 400 square feet
Up to 240 months loan term for a multi-section home and 180 months for a single section
Maximum amount financed is $69,678
Limited or some derogatory credit still qualifies!
Minimum 2 year job time with no gap greater than 10 days (unless verifiable explanation provided)
Minimum down payment is 5% of total selling price including insurance and fees
