Franklin also has implemented educational programs for current homeowners to keep financial priorities, and it’s own financing program for new homeowners.

We will arrange a payment plan that works for you. Once you have accumulated your down payment, a closing will be scheduled, and you own your own home!

Here are a few tips to help you repair your credit and be on your way to saving money.

Let Franklin Homes Double Down your Tax Refund!
Bring in proof of your tax refund and use it towards your down payment. Franklin Homes will double it!

Franklin Homes offers three types of Financing Programs:

Conventional
  • We primarily do conventional loans through one of three banks
    • 21st Mortgage
    • Triad
    • US Bank
  • Lending rates as low as 8 ½% in the past twelve months!
    *Rates depend on each individual credit score, other conditions may apply per the financing institution, see Franklin Homes for details.
FHA Title 1 Financing
  • Rates as low as 9%
  • All brands of new and used (1974 or newer) manufactured homes built to HUD standards with a minimum of 400 square feet
  • Up to 240 months loan term for a multi-section home and 180 months for a single section
  • Maximum amount financed is $69,678
  • Limited or some derogatory credit still qualifies!
  • Minimum 2 year job time with no gap greater than 10 days (unless verifiable explanation provided)
  • Minimum down payment is 5% of total selling price including insurance and fees
